Alterra Chiropractic and Rehab
Alterra Chiropractic and Rehab is located inside the Chantel Building on the 2nd floor. The driveway to the parking lot is directly between the Chantel Building and Bascom Donuts.
For any appointments that are before 7:30AM or on the weekends, you will need to enter the code "1995" on the keypad next to the pedestrian gates at the front or back of the building. To get into the underground parking garage at these times, please call/text the office number (408) 728-6931, so a staff member can help you with gate access.
